Overview

SampleWrangler scans source folders into a searchable SQLite catalog with FTS5 full-text search, inspects waveform and metadata, and auditions files through a lightweight desktop workflow built around the real-time JUCE audio path.

Highlights

  • Source folder management: add, rename, remap, delete, rescan, and reveal in Explorer.
  • Rich metadata: duration, sample rate, channels, bit depth, BPM, key, loop markers, REX slice count.
  • ACID WAV and Apple Loop AIFF metadata parsing, with REX/RX2 support via the bundled SDK.
  • Low-latency ASIO playback with looping, autoplay, and resample-style pitch shifting.
