Select Distinct/ Top 100

It would be very useful if we had support for Distinct records and Get 'x' no of records.
E.g
Select Distinct Name From Customer;

Select Top 100 Name From Customer;

I will investigate both options. They could probably be added as options for list methods and then implemented on the database platform(s) that support them. I think 'select distinct' should be pretty widely supported. I'm not sure about Select Top.

hey mike,
any idea when can we expect the 'select distinct' feature. its like. All the data layer is done in schematrix and just for some 'select distinct' query we have to code it separately.
